Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Oracle EPM EPBCS Techno-Functional Lead to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, with a specialized focus on EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service). This role demands a unique combination of functional expertise in financial planning and robust technical proficiency in Oracle EPM tools.

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations, with a strong emphasis on EPBCS modules including Workforce, CapEx, Projects, and Strategic Modeling.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to meticulously gather and analyze requirements, translating them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and configure various EPM applications such as EPBCS, EDMCS, ARCS, FCCS, and Narrative Reporting.
  • Develop and maintain critical EPM artifacts including forms, dashboards, business rules, and calculation scripts.
  • Perform data integrations utilizing Data Management tools, REST APIs, and other ETL mechanisms.
  • Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide essential post-go-live support.
  • Mentor junior consultants and effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, estimations, and client presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle EPM (both Cloud and/or Hyperion).
  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.
  • A strong understanding of financial planning processes and systems is essential.
  • Proficiency in EPBCS modules and their related configuration.
  • Demonstrated experience with scripting (Groovy, Calculation Manager), integrations, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
