Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in manufacturing environments and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on eliciting business needs, documenting processes, and supporting system implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, ERP systems, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools. Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit business needs through interviews, workshops, and observations.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for proposed changes.
- Document and analyze business processes (AS IS and TO BE).
- Create comprehensive business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications (FSD), and user stories.
- Develop use cases, workflows, process maps, and wireframes.
- Support sprint planning and backlog grooming activities.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing efforts.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, ERP systems, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and PLM tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
