Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards World SCM Functional Consultant to join our team for an onsite contract role in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with JD Edwards World, specifically in Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including Sales Order Management. This role requires a deep understanding of JDE functionalities and the ability to configure and support these modules effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional expertise in JD Edwards World, focusing on SCM modules.
- Configure and customize JD Edwards World to meet business requirements for Sales Order Management, WMS, SnD, and Finance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to JD Edwards World SCM modules.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement solutions.
- Assist in user training and provide ongoing support.
- Document functional specifications and system configurations.
- Ensure the effective use of JDE functionalities such as Product Configuration, SCM, and Sales Order Management.
- Utilize tools like ALDON, HAWKEYE, DBU, UCT, JIRA, and ServiceNow for project management and issue tracking.
- Work with AS400/iSeries environments, including DB2/400, SQL/400, SQLRPGLE, RPG, RPGLE, CLLE, and CL.
Required Competencies:
- 10+ years of experience in JD Edwards functional consulting.
- Mandatory experience with Oracle JDE World versions A7.3 or later.
- Mandatory experience with JDE World functionalities: SVR, DW, VO, PO, UDC, DD, WW, RDA, FDA, SDA.
- Mandatory experience with AS400/iSeries environments (DB2/400, SQL/400, SQLRPGLE, RPG, RPGLE, CLLE, CL).
- Proficiency in JDE Functional modules: WMS, SnD, Finance (advantageous).
- Experience with tools: ALDON, HAWKEYE, DBU, UCT, JIRA, ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with WMS or PKMS.
- Experience with Oracle JDE product configuration.
