About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Solution Architect to design and lead enterprise-level test automation strategies and frameworks. This role involves architecting scalable automation solutions across UI, API, database, and ETL layers while driving best practices in quality engineering, CI/CD, and test strategy.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in automation test strategy and solution design
- Expertise in building robust automation frameworks using Java, C#, or Groovy
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Katalon, Playwright, and API automation tools
- Strong knowledge of testing concepts (STLC, UI, API, DB, ETL testing)
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and integrations
- Strong SQL skills and experience in database testing and data validation
- Experience with API testing and ETL/Informatica testing
- Solid understanding of OOPS, design patterns, and framework architecture
- Experience in building and maintaining enterprise automation frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience in test data management, environment setup, and service virtualization
- Understanding of performance, security, and reliability testing within automation
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and root cause analysis skills
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Angular-based application testing
- Exposure to performance testing and service virtualization tools
- Experience in large-scale enterprise automation transformations
- Ability to mentor teams and drive automation best practices
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement automation test strategy and solutions for enterprise applications
- Architect and develop scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, DB, and ETL testing
- Lead framework design, scalability improvements, and maintainability enhancements
- Provide guidance on test design techniques, tools, and automation best practices
- Design and manage test environments, test data, and infrastructure
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams for CI/CD integration and release coordination
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis
- Ensure quality standards across performance, security, and reliability testing
- Support Test Managers and teams with technical leadership and mentorship
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve testing capabilities
- Maintain documentation, provide training, and promote continuous improvement
Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $65 per year
