Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise network infrastructure upgrades (Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto)
  • Execute automation-driven deployments using Ansible
  • Provide operational support, incident resolution & root cause analysis
  • Manage VLANs, routing, firewall configurations & network provisioning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution
  • Ensure compliance with change management & regulatory standards

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco routing & switching (IOS/XE, core & access layer)
  • Strong experience with Arista EOS & Palo Alto firewall upgrades/configurations
  • Expertise in routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) & Layer 2 technologies (VLANs, STP)
  • Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies & centralized management tools
  • Proficiency in network automation using Ansible
  • Experience with monitoring tools (NetScout, Cisco DNAC, NetFlow, SNMP, Syslog)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with incident & problem management
  • Knowledge of network security, firewall policies & NAC integration
  • Experience in infrastructure upgrades, project planning & execution
  • Certifications like CCNP, Arista ACE, or SD-WAN preferred
  • Excellent communication & documentation skills
  • Willingness to participate in 24/7 On-Call support

Compensation & Location

Salary: $50 – $55 per year

Location: West Palm Beach, FL
