Job Title: Voice Infrastructure Support Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Voice Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting our voice communication systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for voice infrastructure, including Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connection, and other related voice technologies.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related incidents and problems in a timely manner.
- Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patching.
- Collaborate with network and system administrators to ensure seamless integration of voice services.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
Desirable Skills:
- Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI)
- Cisco Data Network expertise
- Cisco Voice Network expertise
Additional Information:
This is a contract position located in Port Huron, MI. The hourly rate is $65/hr.
