Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Guidewire ClaimCenter Consultant / Claims Technology Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter, personal lines claims, and claims transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of claims technology, U.S. regulatory frameworks for claims, and the ability to communicate effectively at an executive level. Experience with workflow automation, fraud analytics, and API-based integration ecosystems is also highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Guidewire ClaimCenter to meet business requirements for personal lines claims processing.
- Lead or contribute to claims transformation projects, driving efficiency and effectiveness in claims operations.
- Provide expertise on claims technology best practices and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. regulatory frameworks relevant to claims handling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Design and implement workflow automation solutions to streamline claims processes.
- Utilize fraud analytics tools and techniques to identify and mitigate fraudulent claims.
- Integrate Guidewire ClaimCenter with other systems using API-based integration ecosystems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful system implementation and support.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
