Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM)
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the success of digital platforms for our bank. This is a critical role requiring strong leadership in technical project management and accountability for project and team success.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical program management leadership to a dedicated team, encompassing Product, Technology, Enterprise, IT, and Vendor partners.
- Champion and coach Agile Ways of Working, ensuring adoption and adherence to agile methodologies.
- Develop forward-thinking strategies and apply a ‘working backwards’ approach to product development.
- Define Product Vision, success metrics (KPIs), and business goals.
- Create Software Development roadmaps and align Product Increments for optimal product success.
- Optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for projects.
- Leverage knowledge of the India stack, including open banking (UPI), RBI regulations, and systems (KYC, UIDAI), to resolve technical dependencies.
- Manage the Software Development Lifecycle, interfacing with and managing dependencies across various enterprise teams, including Compliance, Risks, and Operations.
- Promote the use of collaboration and project management tools such as Azure DevOps and Teams.
- Create and maintain plans and sprints for User Journeys, Features, Epics, and User Stories, including Acceptance Tests.
- Define and implement Non-Functional Requirements.
- Facilitate Architecture Review Board meetings and ensure successful outcomes.
- Influence KPIs such as Total Cost of Ownership and maintainability.
- Ensure project execution aligns with the Product vision.
- Lead Sprints and ceremonies for Product & Engineering to drive product success.
- Plan and manage sprint demos and provide feedback to scrum teams.
- Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Closed User Group product acceptance.
- Lead the triage of defects and bugs, tracking them to closure.
- Provide stakeholders with a unified view of Product and Program progress through KPI tracking.
- Conduct weekly status reporting with Agile KPIs and lead Steer Co meetings.
- Lead cross-functional teams (vendor partners, enterprise teams, product team, technology team) to resolve dependencies, risks, and issues.
Ideal Profile:
- Education: Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
- Certifications: PMP Certified; Agile certifications (Safe Agile); Scrum Master (desired).
- Experience: 5-15 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Strong communication skills; customer centricity; ability to manage stakeholders and coach agile ways of working; ability to structure and organize teams, and streamline communication; prior hands-on technical role in product engineering/development is mandatory; prior experience in the Indian Banking segment (Lending) and/or Fintech is desired.

Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
