Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Syndicate or Investment Banking Product Owner with a strong background in Capital Markets products, particularly syndicate loans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of shaping requirements, developing product features, and working closely with business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. The role involves leveraging AI/Generative AI capabilities to enhance product offerings and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies related to Syndicate and Investment Banking tools.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into detailed product features, specifications, and roadmaps.
- Develop comprehensive product roadmaps and define objectives and key results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Incorporate AI and Generative AI approaches into the product development lifecycle to drive automation and innovation.
- Engage with stakeholders across business, technology, and compliance to ensure successful product delivery.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring optimal delivery and continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies such as dealing platforms and market data providers.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Capital Markets products.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with syndicate loans and related topics.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with AI, particularly Generative AI (GanAI) approaches and their application within banking products.
- Deep understanding of Capital Markets and Syndicate Loan products.
- Proven ability to develop detailed product features, specifications, and roadmaps.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; adept at delivering presentations and stakeholder management.
Special Requirements
Hybrid work model. Experience with AI/Generative AI is required. Domain: Syndicate Loans, Capital Markets, Investment Banking.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
