Role: Oracle EBS Programmer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EBS Programmer for an onsite assignment in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x on-premise environments and a strong background in application development, customizations, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, modify, and extend customizations within Oracle EBS using established development standards and best practices.
- Perform impact analysis for program changes and remediate code to meet functional and technical specifications.
- Create and execute data correction and upgrade scripts as needed.
- Collaborate with Oracle Support to identify and implement feasible solutions.
- Work closely with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and unit test plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Oracle EBS environment.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of developed solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of programming experience developing extensions and customizations in Oracle Finance and/or Oracle Projects modules using R12.2.x.
- Must have recent experience (within the last 12 months) working with Oracle EBS R12.2.x in a production environment.
- Extensive experience with Oracle Projects module (Project Accounting, Project Billing, Project Cost Management) and its integrations with other EBS modules such as Inventory (INV), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Fixed Assets (FA), and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and BI Publisher reporting.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Workflow Builder.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with the backend table structures for Oracle eBusiness system modules.
- Experience with Oracle Database 19C or a higher version is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of programming experience in Oracle APEX and Java is required.
- Experience with personalizations and extensions in Oracle Applications Framework is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
