Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Tester to join our team for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have good communication and interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of testing methodologies within the Guidewire platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute test cases and scenarios for Guidewire applications.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
  • Collaborate with development teams and business analysts to ensure quality.
  • Participate in test planning and strategy discussions.
  • Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Ensure that all testing activities are well-documented and adhere to project standards.
  • Provide regular status updates on testing progress and any encountered issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Tester, preferably with Guidewire applications.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with test management tools is a plus.
