Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional FCCS Consultant with strong experience in end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementation. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance stakeholders, business users, and IT teams to drive successful delivery across discovery, testing, and deployment phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service)
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, Steering Committee, business, and IT teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct discovery sessions, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional solutions
  • Drive and support test cycles (SIT/UAT) and ensure successful validation of business processes
  • Work closely with finance and accounting teams to align system design with financial processes
  • Prepare and deliver functional documentation, solution design, and training materials
  • Provide guidance and support during key project milestones, including possible onsite visits to the Bay Area

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end FCCS implementation
  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close processes, and accounting principles
  • Hands-on functional expertise in Oracle FCCS (experience with other Oracle Fusion EPM modules is a plus)
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams (Business + IT)
  • Strong experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and testing cycles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with global stakeholders or distributed teams
  • Ability to work in Pacific Time Zone
  • Willingness to travel to Bay Area, CA for key project phases

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $75 per year (Estimated)

Location: Remote, AZ
