Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and manage projects effectively at our client site in Texas. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of schedule management. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and executed efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in schedule management, with a strong understanding of project scheduling tools and techniques.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of risk management practices and techniques.
- Understanding of budgeting and financial management in project contexts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $75,000 – $120,000 per year
