Role Summary
Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is seeking a PL/SQL Developer with strong regulatory reporting expertise to support data development, validation, and reporting initiatives within an investment banking environment.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and cursors
- Design and implement solutions to support regulatory reporting requirements (FR 2052A, FR Y-15, etc.)
- Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation for regulatory reports
- Work with Oracle, Sybase, and MS SQL Server databases
- Support data warehouse and data mart development using Oracle PL/SQL and Unix
- Manage code releases and deployment into production environments
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Participate in functional testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in PL/SQL development within financial services
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL and relational databases
- Deep experience in regulatory reporting (FR 2052A, FR Y-15, etc.)
- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and reporting processes
- Strong understanding of SDLC and production release cycles
- Ability to work independently and interact with business and technical stakeholders
- Experience with Axiom reporting tool is highly preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Special Requirements
Hybrid work model. Regulatory reporting expertise required (FR 2052A, FR Y-15, etc.). Axiom reporting tool experience preferred.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
