Job Description: Python + Gen AI Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python + Gen AI Developer to join our team. This is an urgent requirement for an onsite position in New York, NY, and Alpharetta, GA. The role involves developing and delivering production-grade AI solutions, with a focus on Hybrid RAG and Natural Language Query (NLQ) interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced AI/ML models and solutions using Python.
- Design and build Hybrid RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Create and optimize Natural Language Query (NLQ) interfaces for data interaction.
- Integrate AI solutions with various data sources, including Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, and internal/external APIs.
- Manage and monitor data pipelines and data flows, ensuring efficiency and performance.
- Perform data ingestion, ETL processes, and data analysis on structured and semi-structured data.
- Work with data science and compute environments such as Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Utilize DevOps practices, including Git, Jenkins, and TeamCity for CI/CD.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI models and data processing systems.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet production-grade standards.
- Document technical specifications, design documents, and user guides.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and related technologies.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of overall software development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Proven experience with Hybrid RAG and Natural Language Query (NLQ) technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering production-grade AI solutions.
- Experience with integrations and data ingestion from Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, and APIs.
- Skilled in monitoring, debugging, and optimizing data pipelines and data flows.
- Experience with data modeling, performance tuning, and working with structured & semi-structured data (ETL/analysis).
- Exposure to data science and compute environments like Kubernetes.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with JIRA for project tracking.
- Experience with Git and CI tools (Jenkins/TeamCity).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Wealth Management.
- Experience in Contact Center technologies.
This role requires Day 1 onsite presence. Candidates must be local to the New York, NY or Alpharetta, GA areas.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
