About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Adobe Workfront Developer to design, configure, and support Workfront solutions that streamline project management, workflows, and reporting. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable and efficient Workfront implementations.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront configuration and development
- Strong expertise in project, task, portfolio, and resource management within Workfront
- Experience in building custom forms, calculated fields, and business rules
- Strong experience in creating reports, dashboards, and workflow automation
- Hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion including scenarios, APIs, and webhooks
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
Nice-to-Have:
- Adobe Workfront certifications
- Experience integrating Workfront with tools like JIRA, AEM, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
- Basic scripting or development knowledge
- Experience in enterprise PMO or marketing operations environments
- Knowledge of change management and process optimization
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Adobe Workfront including projects, tasks, workflows, queues, and forms
- Develop and maintain custom forms, layouts, approvals, and automation rules
- Implement and support Workfront Fusion integrations with third-party applications
- Build and optimize reports and dashboards for KPIs and project visibility
- Manage users, roles, permissions, and security configurations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support
- Ensure data integrity, system performance, and scalability best practices
- Assist with system upgrades, testing, documentation, and user training
- Coordinate with Adobe support and external vendors as needed
Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $65 per year
