Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead or Architect to join our team in Houston, TX. This is an onsite role requiring a strong background in IT Architecture & Integration. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience and will lead the integration of sales operations applications into a broader enterprise ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing, aligning, and optimizing infrastructure and architecture to support scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead infrastructure design and architecture for the integration of sales operations applications.
- Evaluate current environments and define target-state architecture.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise standards for scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with application, network, and security teams to drive end-to-end integration.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and infrastructure gaps; recommend solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
- Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
Requirements:
- Strong experience as an Infrastructure Architect or similar role (12+ Years).
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure design, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
- Experience with enterprise application integration and transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid architectures.
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work onsite from Day 1.
- LinkedIn Profile required.
