Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer (Contract) to design intuitive, scalable, and data-driven user experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UI/UX principles, dashboard/report prototyping, and data visualization, along with hands-on experience in Angular-based component-driven environments.
This role requires Day 1 onsite presence and close collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process from research to final delivery
- Design user-friendly reports, dashboards, and analytics interfaces
- Apply data visualization best practices to present complex data effectively
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs in Angular component-based systems
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and reusable UI components
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Work closely with stakeholders to align UX with business needs
- Ensure accessibility, consistency, and responsiveness across designs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and design thinking
- Proven experience with data-heavy applications, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Expertise in data visualization (charts, graphs, KPIs, storytelling)
- Experience working with Angular UI frameworks and component-based design
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex UX problem-solving
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise or SaaS environments
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular
- Experience building scalable design systems
- Familiarity with analytics tools and user behavior insights

Compensation & Location
Salary: $50 – $70 per year (Estimated)
