Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a critical role in understanding, documenting, and analyzing our portfolio of business applications currently hosted within a Citrix Virtual Apps environment.
This role will serve as a key bridge between business application owners and engineering teams, ensuring that application requirements, usage patterns, and technical dependencies are clearly understood and translated into actionable insights.
The Senior Business Analyst will have significant interaction with business stakeholders and application owners, performing deep analysis of application usage, compute requirements, and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document the existing portfolio of business applications within the Citrix Virtual Apps environment.
- Identify application dependencies, usage patterns, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine application requirements.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Assess application performance, resource utilization, and operational challenges.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including application inventories, dependency maps, and requirement specifications.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge transfer between business and technical teams.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of application migration strategies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, preferably in an IT infrastructure or application management context.
- Strong understanding of application portfolio analysis and management.
- Experience with virtual application environments, such as Citrix Virtual Apps.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to dissect complex technical and business requirements.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working with business application owners and IT engineering teams.
- Familiarity with application migration projects is a plus.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $50 – $50 per year
