Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Adobe products to lead our product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing product lifecycles, from ideation to launch, and will be instrumental in driving product strategy and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer feedback and business needs.
- Utilize Adobe tools and platforms to enhance product offerings and user experience.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on analytics and user feedback.
- Lead product launch initiatives and ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
Mandatory Skills:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Adobe products and tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Understanding of data analytics and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital products.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
