Role Overview
We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support a large-scale UBOS transformation initiative focused on financial systems, tolling operations, and enterprise modernization.
This role involves deep collaboration with business and technical teams to drive process reengineering, system integration, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, As-Is / To-Be processes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping sessions
- Create process flows, service blueprints, user stories, and Agile features
- Work with development teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Manage artifacts in Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Define KPIs, business rules, and reporting needs
- Support SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities
- Drive documentation, training, and stakeholder communication
Technical Areas
Experience in at least 3+ areas preferred:
- Financial Posting & Reconciliation
- Billing, Payments, Collections
- Transaction Processing (Tolling / Non-Tolling)
- CRM (Microsoft Dynamics / similar)
- SAP S/4HANA (BRIM, FICA, etc.)
- Data Migration (ETL)
- Reporting & Analytics
Required Skills
- 3+ years as Technical/Business Analyst
- Strong Agile + SDLC experience
- Experience with SQL, Excel, Figma (or similar tools)
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in government/public sector projects is a plus
Special Requirements
Employment Type: C2C Contract. Duration: Apr 13, 2026 – Jun 30, 2026. Interview Modes: Occasional onsite. Domain Restrictions: Government/public sector projects is a plus.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $55 – $75 per year
