Job Description
Seeking a ServiceNow Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience specializing in ServiceNow Integration Hub to design, develop, and implement seamless integrations. Design and develop integration solutions using ServiceNow Integration Hub. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Utilize expertise in ServiceNow Integration Hub to automate workflows and improve service delivery. Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of ServiceNow Integration Hub to continuously enhance integration capabilities. Document integration designs, configurations, and processes to maintain knowledge base and facilitate future support. Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members. Ensure compliance with organizational security and data privacy policies during integration development.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Integration Hub projects.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical integration solutions.
- Develop custom connectors and integration workflows to connect ServiceNow with third-party systems.
- Perform testing and validation of integrations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide expert support and troubleshooting for complex integration issues.
- Mentor and coach team members on best practices and advanced integration techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration standards and governance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration processes and reduce operational risks.
Certification
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a must.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
