Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in the Wealth Management domain. This role requires hands-on experience with financial planning tools and CRM platforms, as well as strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery skills. The position is based in Houston, TX, with a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define advisor and client journeys (prospecting, planning, recommendation, review).
- Translate journeys into user stories and backlog items.
- Manage stakeholders across business, advisor, and technology teams.
- Utilize Agile delivery methodologies in a Product Owner/Business Analyst capacity.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate planning tools with CRM and wealth platforms.
- Contribute to the enhancement of AI-driven planning and automation tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience in the wealth management domain, including financial planning (retirement, investments, annuities, goal-based planning).
- Hands-on experience with planning tools such as eMoney Advisor or MoneyGuidePro.
- Experience integrating planning tools with CRM platforms (Salesforce FSC / Dynamics) and wealth platforms like Fidelity Wealthscape.
- Proven ability to define client journeys and translate them into user stories.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile delivery (PO/BA role).
- Exposure to AI-driven planning, automation, or advisor tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $55 – $70 per year (Estimated)
