• Reconciliation Platform Configuration and Deployment
• Client and Business Stakeholder Engagement
• AI-based Reconciliation and Break Reduction Solutions
• Enterprise Reconciliation Strategy and Architecture
• TLM Implementation Team Leadership
• Multi-client TLM Project Delivery
• Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in TLM Architecture and Implementation.
• Deep understanding of Capital Markets and Asset Management domains.
• Knowledge of Asset Servicing Operations.
• Experience with Accounting Reconciliation Processes and Custody Securities Position Reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Trade Reconciliation and Cash Reconciliation Workflows.
• Proven experience implementing both On-Premise and SaaS TLM solutions.
• Ability to conduct TLM Solution Assessments, design Target State, and create Implementation Roadmaps.
• Experience in Reconciliation Platform Configuration and Deployment.
• Excellent client and business stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with AI-based Reconciliation and Break Reduction Solutions.
• Expertise in Enterprise Reconciliation Strategy and Architecture.
• Experience leading TLM implementation teams.
• Demonstrated success in multi-client TLM project delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
