Job Summary:

The Office of the CISO plays a critical role in enabling the effective operation and execution of the Cybersecurity leadership agenda. This role supports strategic, operational, and coordination activities across the cybersecurity organization, ensuring leadership priorities, communications, and governance activities are executed efficiently and consistently. The position works closely with the CISO, Deputy CISO, and cybersecurity leadership team to coordinate meetings, prepare leadership materials, support enterprise communications, and facilitate day-to-day operational workflows across the function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recurring and ad-hoc leadership meetings and organization-wide engagements across the cybersecurity organization, including leadership team forums, extended leadership sessions, cross-functional engagements, and all-hands sessions.
  • Support the collection and consolidation of Objective and Key Results (OKRs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and additional performance metrics in support of Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews across the cybersecurity organization.
  • Track leadership action items, decisions, and dependencies to support timely execution of cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Maintain and organize leadership documentation, artifacts, and reference materials to ensure continuity and accessibility across the cybersecurity leadership team.
  • Provide operational support to the Deputy CISO and CISO, including coordination of priorities, facilitation of day-to-day execution activities, and management of leadership calendars in alignment with cybersecurity objectives.
  • Ensure appropriate preparation time, sequencing, and stakeholder coordination across leadership commitments and planning cycles.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, internal governance processes, and coordination of planning cycles across the cybersecurity organization.
  • Prepares/compiles PowerPoint presentations for quarterly town hall and other meetings as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced Power BI skills.
  • Experience developing Power BI dashboards.

This is a contract position with a duration of 12+ months, offering a hybrid work model in Manhattan, NY. Local candidates with Utilities Experience are preferred.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $80 per year
