Job Title: .Net Tech Lead
We are seeking a skilled .Net Tech Lead with mandatory lead experience for a long-term remote position. This role is for one of our clients, working through an implementation partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Architect solutions using .NET Framework / .NET Core, Angular, and related technologies.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to .NET development.
- Oversee the implementation of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Manage and utilize version control systems like Git or Azure DevOps.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET Framework / .NET Core.
- 3+ years of experience working with Angular.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and Entity Framework.
- Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
