About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise across frontend, backend, and mobile development. The ideal candidate will design and build scalable, high-performance applications using modern technologies and cloud-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using modern frontend, backend, and mobile technologies.
  • Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js and modern web technologies.
  • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and Java (Spring Boot).
  • Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless system integration.
  • Develop and support mobile applications using React Native, Flutter, or native Android/iOS.
  • Work with Azure Cosmos DB for NoSQL data modeling, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
  • Ensure application scalability and reliability using microservices and distributed system design principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to maintain code quality and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7-8 years of experience in software development.
  • Strong experience with React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in mobile application development (React Native, Flutter, or native Android/iOS).
  • Strong backend development experience with Node.js and Java (Spring Boot).
  • Hands-on experience with GraphQL and REST APIs.
  • Experience with Azure Cosmos DB, including SQL API, NoSQL data modeling, and scalability.
  • Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems architecture.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency with Git, testing practices, and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the Walmart ecosystem, including deployment and CRQ gating processes (preferred).

Compensation & Location

Salary: $50 – $70 per year (Estimated)

Location: Bentonville, AR
