Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Zuora/Revpro Functional Consultant to support the business and IT in stabilizing a new implementation of Zuora / RevPro. This role involves coordinating with business stakeholders and offshore resources, monitoring integrations, and triaging issues within Zuora and downstream systems like NetSuite.
Responsibilities:
- Support the business and IT with stabilizing a new implementation of Zuora / RevPro.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and offshore resources.
- Monitor integrations between Zuora/RevPro and other systems.
- Triage and resolve any issues identified within Zuora.
- Triage and resolve any issues identified within downstream systems such as NetSuite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system adoption and performance.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance on Zuora/RevPro best practices.
- Document processes, configurations, and issue resolutions.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Zuora/RevPro functionalities and processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with Zuora and/or RevPro.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with offshore teams is beneficial.
- Familiarity with integration monitoring and issue resolution.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year
