Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and technical AI Product Owner to lead on AI use cases. This role requires a candidate who can immediately contribute and drive AI initiatives forward. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from understanding business requirements and estimating value proposition to roadmap creation, product design, and successful deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Side:
- Run service design to understand business requirements, process, systems, tools, data, and pain points.
- Identify opportunities and map them to appropriate AI techniques at a high level.
- Estimate the value proposition of AI initiatives.
- Create and manage the product roadmap.
- Lead product design efforts, including creating interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, engineers, and architects on solution design.
- Define epics, features, user stories, and tasks.
- Lead scrum stand-up calls to track development progress with frontend/backend developers and engineers.
- Test the product from both AI model performance and functionality/integration perspectives.
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track post-production performance.
- Develop and execute a rollout plan and communication strategy.
- Scale the product from initial launch to widespread adoption (1-10).
- Program Side:
- Manage project timelines and track progress.
- Prepare and deliver status reports.
- Facilitate governance reviews and approvals.
- Coordinate with infrastructure teams for necessary setup or other development teams.
- Support API and APIGEE approval processes.
- Schedule deployments across different technical teams.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience as a Technical AI Product Owner.
- Proven experience leading AI use cases and driving product development.
- Strong understanding of AI techniques and their application in business contexts.
- Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in product design, prototyping, and user story creation.
- Familiarity with testing AI models and product functionality.
- Experience in project management, timeline tracking, and reporting.
