Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to lead development for a cross-functional Agile team of 48 engineers across backend, frontend, and full-stack disciplines. The ideal candidate will translate business and technical requirements into scalable, end-to-end full-stack solutions. You will be responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining secure APIs, microservices, and user interfaces, ensuring high standards for automation, fault tolerance, scalability, and high availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development for a cross-functional Agile team of 48 engineers across backend, frontend, and full-stack disciplines.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, end-to-end full-stack solutions.
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain secure APIs, microservices, and user interfaces.
- Ensure high standards for automation, fault tolerance, scalability, and high availability.
- Drive seamless integration between frontend and backend components, ensuring performance, usability, and reliability.
- Establish and enforce code quality, documentation standards, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor team members through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks, particularly React.js.
- Experience developing full-stack applications using Node.js and modern web technologies.
- Strong experience with SQL databases (e.g., Azure SQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB, Cassandra, MongoDB).
- Hands-on experience with Kafka for event-driven architectures.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and system observability.
- Experience designing and supporting distributed systems and microservices architectures.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
