Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect or Senior Lead to join our client’s team. This role requires extensive hands-on implementation experience within the ServiceNow platform, including integrating with upstream and downstream systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) spokes and mid-servers, and expertise in using APIs for system integration. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical architecture and solution diagrams, creating user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and managing both onsite and offshore teams and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Integrate the ServiceNow platform with other systems using APIs and OOTB spokes.
- Develop and manage technical architecture and solution diagrams.
- Translate business requirements into functional user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Manage the delivery of projects in an onsite-offshore model.
- Oversee client relationships and offshore team performance.
- Ensure the effective use of ServiceNow OOTB features and mid-server capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow environment.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on implementation experience in the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with upstream and downstream systems.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow OOTB spokes and mid-server configuration.
- Expertise in using APIs for ServiceNow integration.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical architecture and solution diagrams.
- Experience in creating user stories with functional and clear acceptable criteria.
- Experience managing onsite-offshore models.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Experience managing offshore teams effectively.
- At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
Additional Information:
- This is an onsite position, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.
- The contract duration is expected to be 12+ months.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year
