Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Transformation
- Translate business goals into a phased transformation roadmap (assortment, inventory, forecasting, pricing, replenishment).
- Drive end-to-end solution architecture across process, data, analytics/ML, and applications.
- AI / ML Enablement
- Define AI/LLM use cases, evaluation metrics, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Establish explainability standards and productionization frameworks.
- Value Realization
- Build business cases, KPIs/OKRs, and track benefits.
- Publish value dashboards and performance metrics for leadership.
- Stakeholder & Delivery Management
- Act as single point of accountability for business leaders.
- Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and partner ecosystems.
- Drive delivery governance (POD execution, risk/issue management, release planning).
- Change & Adoption
- Lead change management, training, and adoption strategies across merchandising and supply chain functions.
