Key Responsibilities:
- Define the Data Product: Scope, Users, Value Proposition
- Prioritize the Backlog Based on Value, Risk, and Dependency
- Write Clear Requirements & Acceptance Criteria
- Stakeholder Management & Alignment (Business + Tech + Governance)
- Ensure Data Governance & Compliance Are Built In
- Define and Track Quality, Reliability, and Observability
- Lead Discovery: Validate the Problem Before Scaling the Build
- Manage Delivery: Sprint Goals, Incremental Value, Release Planning
- Drive Adoption & Change Management
- Own the Product Lifecycle: Continuous Improvement & Cost Control
Required Skills and Experience:
- Hands-on experience in executing projects in Agile methodology
- Experience in implementing Agile methodologies in Data warehouse projects
- Must have experience in handling data warehouse projects in P&C insurance domain
- Should have functional knowledge on Data Products, Snowflake domain
- Should be expertise in managing project delivery in Rally

Remote option available. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain (Auto, Home, Umbrella LOBs) required. Experience with Data Products, Snowflake, and Rally is required.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
Location: Parsippany, NJ
