Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Public Safety Remedy Cmdb Developer to join our team in NYC. This role involves the development, customization, administration, and support of BMC Remedy ARS, CMDB, ITSM, SLM, and SRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Remedy versions 18.x and above, with experience integrating with various tools and a proven track record of working with public safety agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, administer, and support BMC Remedy ARS, CMDB, ITSM, SLM, and SRM.
- Install and configure Remedy ARS, CMDB, and ITSM in versions 18.x and higher.
- Integrate Remedy with other tools such as ADDM, Netcool/ScienceLogic, and Active Directory.
- Utilize Remedy Smart Reporting for data analysis and visualization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Remedy applications and configurations.
- Ensure the performance, availability, and security of the Remedy environment.
- Document all configurations, customizations, and support procedures.
- Participate in system upgrades and patching activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and other IT teams.
Mandatory Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in BMC Remedy ARS, CMDB, ITSM, SLM, SRM development, customization, administration, and support.
- Proven experience with Remedy ARS, CMDB, ITSM installation and configuration in version 18.x and up.
- Demonstrated experience integrating Remedy with other tools like ADDM, Netcool/ScienceLogic, Active Directory.
- Proficiency in Remedy smart reporting.
Desirable Skills:
- BMC Remedy certification.
- ITIL Certification.
- Previous experience working with OTI/Public Safety City agencies.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
