Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a strong background in SQL, data engineering, and analytics to join our team. This is a long-term contract role with an initial duration of 6 months, with potential for extension. The position is hybrid, with the possibility of converting to fully onsite based on the hiring manager’s decision after the interview process.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards using Tableau.
- Perform strategic analytics, including predictive analysis and time-series analysis.
- Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the analysis process.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in a Data Analyst role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Proven experience in data engineering and data pipeline development.
- Recent and demonstrable experience with Tableau for data visualization.
- Solid background in strategic analytics, including predictive and time-series analysis.
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 per year (Estimated)
