Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S4HANA Supply Chain Lead with a strong background in BTP (Business Technology Platform) to drive design and technical solutions for end-to-end supply chain processes. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of SAP Supply Chain experience, with a proven track record in leading design and solutioning within S4 HANA BTP environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and collaboration skills, enabling them to effectively direct ERP consultants in various functional areas and manage external integrators. A deep understanding of SAP Supply Chain E2E processes, including hands-on functional knowledge in sourcing, logistics, and cross-functional integrations across modules, is essential. The role involves designing solutions across functional modules and leading testing, defect management, and problem resolution efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and technical solutioning for SAP S4HANA Supply Chain processes, with a focus on BTP integration.
- Provide strong leadership and foster collaboration among functional consultants and external partners.
- Ensure hands-on functional expertise in sourcing, logistics, and other critical supply chain areas.
- Oversee solution design across various SAP functional modules.
- Manage and lead testing phases, including defect management and problem resolution.
Desirable Skills:
- SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)
- SAP Supply Network Collaboration (SNC)
Experience Required:
- 10+ years of SAP Supply Chain E2E process knowledge.
- Hands-on experience leading design and technical solutioning in S4 HANA BTP.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience and strong functional knowledge in Source| Logistics processes| and cross functional integrations across modules.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $65 – $75 per year
Location: Raritan, NJ
