Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle OCI (Oracle Data Integrator Cloud Service) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-performance data integration solutions within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role involves working with ODI 11g/12c to migrate and transform data between various systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- ETL Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy ODI interfaces, packages, procedures, and load plans. Handle both full and incremental data loads efficiently.
- Data Transformation: Perform complex data transformations, cleansing, and validation using ODI Knowledge Modules.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize the execution time for data loads by tuning SQL, managing indexes, and refining transformation logic.
- Environment Management: Configure ODI Topology, including managing Data Servers, Physical/Logical Schemas, and Agents.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data architects, business analysts, and DBAs to define requirements and ensure data quality.
- Maintenance: Monitor production jobs, troubleshoot data integration errors, and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Strong experience with ODI 12c/11g, Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience: 3-10 years in data warehousing and ETL development.
- Cloud Experience: Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Data Integration or BI Applications (OBIEE/OAC).
