Role Description:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Lead with hands-on implementation experience in ServiceNow Now Assist and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will be experienced in integrating with upstream and downstream systems via Agentic AI solutions to drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical architecture and solution diagrams for approval and implementation, as well as creating user stories with functional and clear acceptable criteria.
This role requires hands-on experience in core ServiceNow platform capabilities, including mid-server and API integrations. Experience in managing an onsite-offshore model and leading both client and offshore teams is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and architect ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Now Assist and Agentic AI.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using Agentic AI to achieve business objectives.
- Develop technical architecture and solution designs based on business requirements.
- Create detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Manage and mentor onsite and offshore development teams.
- Ensure successful project delivery within the defined scope and timeline.
Required Skills:
- ServiceNow Architecture and Lead experience
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist and Agentic AI
- Strong understanding of AI and its application in IT Service Management
- Experience with API integrations and mid-server configuration
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience managing hybrid (onsite/offshore) teams

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
