Role: Senior GenAI & Agent Development Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Consultant specializing in Generative AI (GenAI) and intelligent agent development. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience in AI and Machine Learning, with a strong track record of designing, architecting, and implementing scalable AI solutions. You will play a critical role in driving end-to-end product development, from conceptualization to deployment, with a keen focus on scalability, reliability, and business value.
What you will do:
- Architect, design, and implement GenAI solutions and agent-based systems tailored to business needs.
- Lead hands-on prototyping, development, and optimization of GenAI solutions and agent frameworks.
- Drive key technical decisions and offer expert guidance on best practices in AI, ML, and agent development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, deliver high-quality solutions, and ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Evaluate latest trends, tools, and technologies in GenAI, LLMs, and agent orchestration.
- Mentor internal teams, ensuring knowledge transfer.
- Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and actionable deliverables.
Skills Required:
- 10+ years proven experience in AI/ML engineering, architecting and delivering real-world products or platforms.
- Deep, practical expertise with LLMs, GenAI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.), and agent development.
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python) and architectural experience with distributed, scalable systems.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing AI/ML models, GenAI applications in production environments (cloud/on-premise).
- Experience with evaluation, observability/monitoring of GenAI solutions.
- Strong understanding of microservices, API design, CI/CD, containerization, and MLOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive technical vision collaboratively.
- Track record of delivering high-quality AI products with scalability, maintainability, and observability in mind.
- Familiarity with Agile development and DevOps concepts.
Nice to have:
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD in ML workflows is a plus.
- Experience in agentic process automation or AI copilots.
Additional Information:
- This is a contract role for 12+ months.
- The position requires local candidates to NY.
- Independent Visa Only.
- In-person interviews are required.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
