Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Lead to join our team for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation, API testing, and working within Agile methodologies. This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of testers in developing and executing test strategies.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress and Typescript.
  • Perform automated API testing and database testing using SQL.
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of software applications through comprehensive testing.
  • Collaborate with development teams and product owners to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
  • Work within an Azure environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 8+ years of experience working as a Senior Tester or Test Lead.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cypress and Typescript for test automation.
  • Proficiency in automated API testing and SQL for database testing.
  • Experience with Postman for API testing.
  • Strong understanding of Agile processes and methodologies.
  • Experience working in an Azure environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Python testing.
  • Experience with C#.
  • Experience with AWS.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
