Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role is critical for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, with a specific focus on leveraging experience from previous roles at Vanguard. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a proven ability to roll out new platforms or software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders.
- Facilitate the rollout of new platforms or software solutions.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in project management.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Strong preference for candidates with prior experience at Vanguard.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms is a plus, but not strictly required.
- Any technical background is beneficial.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
