Job Description:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. In lieu of degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
Minimum of 10 years experience in Architecture Domain.
Must have healthcare payer experience, specifically in one or more of the following:
- Member / customer service
- Claims
- Enrollment
- Benefits
Ability to deliver high level design use cases demonstrating clear conceptual architecture, simple, logical explanation of data movement, rationale behind integration choices, and distinction between solution architecture vs. deep technical implementation
Solid understanding of Gen AI/ ML concepts is helpful, deep AI/ML architecture not required;
Preferred: Advanced degree.
Ability to motivate and influence others to meet objectives, demonstrating expert-level skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and develop high-quality solutions at an expert level.
Experience coaching, delegating, and developing architects and engineers.
Expertise in managing cross-domain architecture solutions and resolving related issues.
Deep knowledge of domain-related architecture frameworks, methods, and tools.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills at an expert level.
Certified System Architect preferred upon hire.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (Estimated)
