Role Description
This role involves end-to-end Machine Learning development using AWS SageMaker. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in data preparation, model training, tuning, deployment, and monitoring. Advanced proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is required. Experience in building scalable ML pipelines using SageMaker Pipelines, Feature Store, and Model Registry is essential.
MLOps and AWS Expertise
A solid understanding of MLOps principles, including CI/CD, model versioning, experiment tracking, monitoring, and drift detection, is crucial. The candidate must be proficient in core AWS services like S3, IAM, EC2, ECR, EKS/Lambda, and CloudWatch. Strong data engineering and feature engineering skills, along with expertise in SQL and handling large-scale datasets, are also required.
Software Engineering Practices and Collaboration
Production-grade software engineering practices, including Git, APIs, Docker, and automation, are expected. Experience working in secure, regulated environments is a plus. Excellent communication skills are necessary, with the ability to lead design discussions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning and related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker for end-to-end ML development.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn).
- Experience building scalable ML pipelines using SageMaker Pipelines, Feature Store, Model Registry.

Additional Information
This is a 12-month contract position with an onsite requirement in Malvern, PA. The implementation will be with TCS.

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
