Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite environments, specifically R12.2.10. This role requires strong expertise in both functional HCM modules and technical development. The consultant will collaborate with business users and IT teams to deliver enhancements, production support, and system improvements across Oracle HRMS modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical development and functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain customizations using Oracle development tools.
  • Manage change management processes and SOX compliance controls.
  • Support system upgrades, implementations, and production issue resolution.
  • Track deliverables, project milestones, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Apply project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of project tasks.
  • Develop documentation and maintain technical/functional knowledge of Oracle HCM solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM modules, including: HR, Payroll, OTL (Oracle Time & Labor), Oracle Advanced Benefits, Absence Management, Workflow.
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle Learning Management and Compensation Workbench.
  • Experience with Payroll processes, Fast Formula, and OTL time entry rules.
  • Experience supporting HRMS US Year-End W2 processes.
  • Strong development experience using Oracle tools such as: PL/SQL, Forms & Reports, XML Publisher, Web-ADI, SQL Loader.
  • Experience working with Oracle Database 19c in Linux environments.
  • Experience using tools such as Toad for Oracle, SQL*Plus, and UNIX.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with version control and deployment tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or Flex Deploy.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
