Job Description: JMeter Performance Tester
We are seeking an experienced JMeter Performance Tester to join our team for an urgent opening. This role requires a strong hands-on ability with performance testing tools and a strategic approach to load and stress testing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance test strategies using JMeter, LoadRunner, and Performance Center.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements for load and stress testing.
- Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Validate API performance testing results and certify API performance.
- Develop API code bases using SoapUI and Postman.
- Conduct stress testing on Mainframe CICS regions (beneficial).
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve performance issues.
- Document test plans, test cases, and test results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, and Performance Center.
- Strong knowledge of API testing tools such as SoapUI and Postman.
- Experience in developing API code bases.
- Understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with Mainframe CICS regions stress testing is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
