Job Description:
Maintain and ensure accuracy of application records in APM systems. Review and validate change requests (add/update/decommission). Ensure compliance with CMDB and CSDM standards. Identify and resolve duplicate or inconsistent data entries. Collaborate with stakeholders for governance and approvals. Generate reports on data quality, compliance, and performance metrics. Support audit, risk, and compliance reviews.
Required Skills:
- 6-8 years of experience in Application Portfolio Management (APM) and ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM frameworks
- Experience in data governance, data quality, and application lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules related to APM/TAM
- Expertise in change management and request validation processes
- Ability to maintain accurate, consistent, and complete application records
- Experience in stakeholder coordination (Application Owners, Tech Teams, Governance)
- Strong reporting skills (KPI, KRI dashboards, compliance tracking)
- Knowledge of enterprise standards, audit, and risk/compliance processes
- Familiarity with OSFI B-13 and Technology Asset Management standards is a plus

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
