Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Project Manager to join our Wealth Management division. This role is crucial for managing infrastructure demand, procurement, and optimization. You will be responsible for configuring and enabling infrastructure for Wealth Management application teams, ensuring cost-effectiveness through architecture alignments and rightsizing. This position requires daily interaction with platform owners across 12 different platforms and approximately 4000 developers to provide expert consultation on infrastructure demand for their respective projects.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage infrastructure demand and procurement within the Wealth Management division.
- Configure and enable infrastructure for Wealth Management application teams.
- Drive cost optimization through architecture alignments and infrastructure rightsizing.
- Identify and eliminate redundant systems.
- Interact daily with platform owners from 12 different platforms and 4000 developers.
- Provide consultation on infrastructure demand for various projects.
- Streamline the process of incoming requests using a forecasting tool.
- Assist in feature enhancement and align Jiras to track requirement progress.
- Conduct weekly meetings with senior management and Finance teams to discuss budget.
- Manage stakeholder expectations using data from the Infrastructure Management Tool.
- Act as a functional product owner, assisting the Product Owner and team in defining the roadmap.
- Align business deliverables with the firm’s modernization plan.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in DevOps and Project Management.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure management and procurement.
- Experience with cost optimization strategies for cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with a large number of developers and platform owners.
- Familiarity with Jiras and project tracking tools.
- Experience in Wealth Management or financial services is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
