About the Role:
We are looking for experienced AI consultants to help drive enterprise AI initiatives from strategy through execution. The ideal candidates will bring a strong AI foundation, consulting-led problem-solving skills, and the ability to work directly with senior business and technology leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute AI strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Identify and deliver high-impact AI / GenAI use cases.
- Lead end-to-end AI initiatives, including use case definition, development, deployment, and adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the organization.
- Bridge the gap between business, data, and technology teams to ensure successful AI implementation.
Required Experience:
- 15+ years in management consulting, AI, analytics, or digital transformation.
- Strong AI background, including Machine Learning, analytics, GenAI concepts, and AI platforms.
- Proven experience in delivering enterprise-scale AI programs.
- Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte) is strongly preferred.
- Excellent executive communication and leadership skills.
Location Requirement:
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA.
