Job Title: Business Analyst (Trading industry)
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Trading industry to join our team in Houston, TX. This is an onsite, long-term contract position focused on delivering innovative technological solutions within the financial trading sector.
Essential Criteria:
- A hybrid technologist with at least 3 years of experience specifically within the Trading industry, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver innovative technological solutions.
- Possess strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse groups.
- Demonstrate robust skills in data analysis and proficiency in writing SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
- Ability to establish appropriate governance frameworks, negotiate effectively, and facilitate global prioritization processes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the capacity to communicate clearly and effectively with both technology staff and business stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
- Proven quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
Desirable Criteria:
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, system integration principles, and various project delivery methodologies.
- A proven track record in understanding and contributing to technology implementations within the Credit Risk space.
- Experience working with geographically remote stakeholders and teams, including managing interactions with managed service providers.
The ideal candidate will be adept at bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful project outcomes. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to driving efficiency and innovation within the trading environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
