About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Al/GenAl Engineer to join our team. This is an onsite role requiring a blend of strong programming proficiency, deep learning framework expertise, and data engineering skills to build and deploy advanced AI models. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and MLOps principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, train, and deploy Al and Generative Al models.
- Utilize deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Implement MLOps best practices for model lifecycle management.
- Work with large datasets, performing data engineering and preprocessing tasks.
- Apply prompt engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Fine-tune Large Language Models for specific applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Al solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Al and Generative Al.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Al/ML engineering.
- Mandatory high proficiency in Python.
- Experience with R, C++, or Java is a plus.
- Expertise in ML/DL frameworks: PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with libraries like Scikit-learn, Keras, and Hugging Face.
- Proficiency in data handling: SQL, NoSQL, Pandas, NumPy.
- Strong understanding of Generative Al and LLMs, including prompt engineering and RAG.
- Experience with MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Foundational knowledge of mathematics relevant to Al.
- NodeJS expertise is a must.
Additional Information:
This is an onsite role located in Tampa, Florida. Candidates must be able to attend in-person interviews. CPT and OPT are not workable for this position, but other work visas are acceptable.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
